Debbie
Debbie a qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and trainee Psychotherapist. Debbie has a long history of working in mental health services supporting adults and young people with a range of mental health difficulties. For 13 of those years, Debbie worked for the NHS where she gained specialist experience in supporting individuals affected by eating disorders. Debbie also founded and chaired a local charitable organisation for people effected by obsessive compulsive disorder.
Debbie is passionate about working with people struggling with their mental health and combines her experience, psychoeducational and relational skills when working with her clients. Debbie’s main therapeutic modality is Transactional Analysis (TA) but she also works as an integrative therapist; meaning she incorporates other models into her practice.
Debbie favours working co-creatively with her clients and encourages creativity in the therapy space which can be beneficial for connecting with the other parts of the self. Debbie is warm and nurturing in her approach and believes everybody has a human need to be seen, heard, and validated.

Debbie is insured with Balens and is a member of UKCP.
Debbie works face-to-face with individuals and couples. Her current fee is £55 per 60 minutes for individuals, £75 for couples and £110 per 90 minutes for couples.
