Christmas Reflection Materials For Children Under 10 Years

It’s important that we encourage our children to think beyond their presents at Christmas, to help promote their emotional and psychological development and internal resources for resilience.

I have created a number of worksheets, suitable for children under 10 years, to look at their positive experiences but also account for any sadness that may be around for some children i.e. children in care or who have lost someone/something special. By doing activities like these with our children, we gain insight to their world and we also have the opportunity to influence it where needed.

At the beginning of the sheets, I share a little information about myself and the activities - there’s also space for you to write messages to your children at the end.
